I’ve worked with charities & non-profits for 12 years, specialising in the different challenges they face compared to the private sector, for example ensuring safer recruitment compliance. Recently, wanting to get more involved in the sector I became a Trustee for a local domestic abuse charity. Outside of work and volunteering, I’m at the beck and call of Herbie, my 4-year-old Cockapoo - a regular on my LinkedIn!

For the past 10 years, I've been supporting organisations to share their message and attract candidates who truly connect with their mission, whilst ensuring their recruitment processes remain streamlined, compliant & most importantly stress free! When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family and making memories with my two amazing children!

I joined hireful 20 years ago as a graduate and am now the CEO, working closely with the sales team as well as clients and partners. I even met my wife at hireful and am now kept busy by our little boy who recently started school, as well as Jarvis the Bedlington Terrier! I'm also a governor at Grendon CE Primary School and have fundraised extensively in the past for Kidney Research.

My thing is growth marketing & social strategy — I even run the odd training webinar! I love helping organisations show up online in a way that feels human, and making digital marketing feel doable for busy teams. Alongside work, I sit on the committee at Cats Protection, contributing to national strategy and leading local marketing, PR, and social media activity — i'm a volunteer fosterer myself so understand the journey first-hand.

Throughout my time at hireful I've had the privilege of working with many charities and NFPs to help craft their perfect careers site. I’m grateful to support such meaningful causes in sharing their message. Alongside hireful, I'm also a Volunteer Branch Trustee for Social Media and Marketing at the RSPCA Milton Keynes. I love using my Digital Design skills to support brilliant organisations — and learning new things along the way!

I work closely with Jess and Sean to ensure our products and services are tailored to the needs of NFP clients. Alongside delivering 100+ webinars a year, I'm on a mission to help charities integrate AI into their HR and recruitment teams, offering free consultancy calls to support them. Work is a big part of my life, but once the laptop shuts you’ll usually find me on a sports pitch, volunteering as a football and cricket coach for my son’s teams almost year-round.
