Jess, hireful's Charity Lead, has worked with charities and non-profits for 12 years, specialising in the different challenges the sector faces compared to the private sector, for example ensuring safer recruitment compliance and how to attract top talent on charity salaries. An inclusive hiring advocate Jess spends time advising charities on best practice. Recently, wanting to get more involved in the sector she also became a Trustee for a local Domestic Abuse Charity.
This session will help the attendees identify how can coaching enable their organisational growth and deliver people and culture objectives. They will come out of the session with an idea of where coaching fits in their strategy with practical examples, why it’s different that other approaches and with a coaching model to use for themselves.
